In addition to the approved fuel types, the CS system is designed for burning lightweight fuels such as shavings, sawdust, and wood chips, and can be combined with one of TwinHeat’s fully automatic silo systems.

When using homogeneous (uniform) fuels such as wood pellets and grain, traditional feed silos are often used and installed either indoors, outdoors, or in basement rooms. The fuel is most often delivered by tanker truck and blown into the silo. The fuel is transported to the boiler via a fixed or flexible auger.

The systems have been tested and type-approved by the Danish Technological Institute.
